Amazon Now Accepting Pre-orders for Moto X Pure Edition

Late August, Motorola announced their new line-up of phones for 2015: the affordable Moto G 3rd gen which became available for purchase soon after the launch event, the Moto X Play mid-ranger which will not come to the States, and the Moto X Style which will sell in the US as Moto X Pure Edition. If you want to get your hands on the new Motorola flagship, hear that Amazon is already accepting pre-orders for it.
Just like the other members of the Moto tribe, the design of the Moto X Pure Edition can be customized in Moto Maker. If you don’t want to customize your Moto X Pure Edition and you believe that the Black, White, or Bamboo models would do just fine then you can order the device from Amazon.
Amazon is listing the 16 GB Moto X Pure Edition Black at a price of $399.99. If you want 32 GB of internal storage, you must pay $50 more. The Bamboo Moto X Pure Edition with 16 GB storage is priced at $424.99 and the 32 GB model is $474.99. The White variant is only available with 32 GB of on-board storage and it can has a price of $449.99. As a refresher, Moto X Pure Edition arrives with a 5.7-inch screen with Quad HD (1440 x 2560) resolution and Gorilla Glass 3 protection, 64-bit hexa-core Snapdragon 808 processor, 3 GB of RAM, microSD support up to 128 GB, and a 3,000 mAh battery with quick charging support. On the back of the phone there’s a 21 MP primary camera with phase detection autofocus, dual-LED flash, and 4K video recording support, while the secondary cam has a 5 MP sensor with LED flash. Moto X Pure Edition runs almost-stock Android 5.1.1 Lollipop out of the box and Motorola promises it will get speedy software updates.
